Janine has spent more than 25 years working with founders, CEOs, executives and senior teams globally. Central to her work is an understanding that how leaders think and exercise leadership is shaped by experiences and assumptions, often outside their conscious awareness. She helps leaders examine these patterns, expand their perspectives and navigate the increasingly complex demands of their roles and organisational contexts.

Her work draws on an integrated understanding of human functioning, recognising the interplay between mind, body and environment in shaping how people think, feel and respond. She pays attention to the demands of the role, the person carrying them and the organisational conditions shaping both.

At Faro Partners Janine works with executive teams and boards to illuminate the often unseen dynamics that shape their relationships, discussions and decisions. She helps executive teams strengthen their collective leadership and works with Chairs and CEOs on the relationship between them, which she regards as one of the most consequential in any organisation. Her approach combines discretion, robust inquiry and the capacity to challenge with care.

Janine holds an MSc in Psychoneuroimmunology and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Her certifications include The Leadership Circle, BRITE, Human Synergistics LSI, Hogan 360, the Global Leadership Profile, the Vertical Mindset Indicator, Immunity to Change and Structural Dynamics. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation, the Association for Coaching and the Institute of Coaching at Harvard Medical School.
